TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE "SNAPPI YOUTHLIST" ACTIVITY

The company under the name "SNAPPI BANK S.A." (hereinafter referred to as "SNAPPI") in the context of promoting its products and services, organizes the "YOUTHLIST" activity (hereinafter referred to as "the Activity"), according to the following terms. Before taking part in the Activity, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Participation (hereinafter "the Activity Terms"), which are also posted on the website https://www.snappibank.com. If you do not accept the Activity Terms, you should not participate in the Activity.

Α. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Only persons born between 01/01/2006 and 04/04/2007, who are tax residents of Greece and have full legal capacity are eligible to participate in the Activity.
2. Excluded from participation are the employees and representatives of SNAPPI and its affiliated companies, as well as their first-degree relatives, their spouses or anyone else professionally related to the promotional activity in question.
3. Participation in the Activity presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, even if they are modified in the future, as stated below, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the website https://www.snappibank.com
4. Participants declare their participation by completing and submitting the special online form, which will be available exclusively through the website https://www.snappibank.com. 
5. Each person is entitled to one entry. SNAPPI may use multiple entry detection and exclusion mechanisms to ensure the uniqueness of each entry.  
6. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Β. DESCRIPTION AND CONTENT OF THE ACTIVITY 

1. To participate in the Activity, participating persons will have to fill in their full name, e-mail address, nationality and age in the participation form. 
2. Participating Persons will receive, via the e-mail address they provide, a notification inviting them to download the SNAPPI app from the App Store or Google Play in order to follow the process available through the app ("Digital Onboarding") in order to become SNAPPI customers until 30/06/2025.  
3. Once they successfully complete the aforementioned Digital Onboarding process until 30/06/2025, the participating persons will receive via email, 2 unique promo codes, each corresponding to a 10€ discount for purchases at Public and Public.gr stores and a 10€ discount for purchases at Ferryhopper.gr ("Gifts" or "Discount Codes").  
4. In order to receive the Discount Codes, participating persons are required to have previously activated the SNAPPI application and to have successfully completed the Digital Onboarding until 30/06/2025.  
5. Each participating person is required to provide the same and accurate information on the participation form as they will use during the Digital Onboarding process through the SNAPPI application. SNAPPI is not liable in case the participating persons provide incorrect data (e.g. incorrect email address, etc. when submitting the application for participation in the Activity).
6. It is clarified that SNAPPI reserves the right to reject registration requests during Digital Onboarding if the terms and conditions set for the registration of a new customer are not met or if the participating person does not accept the respective terms and conditions. Participating Persons accept that if they do not meet the terms and conditions for enrolment as a new SNAPPI customer pursuant to the applicable regulatory framework and SNAPPI's terms and conditions displayed on the SNAPPI application, they will not be able to complete their enrolment in the SNAPPI application or may be required to contact SNAPPI to provide any additional documentation.
7. SNAPPI reserves the right to modify the type, content, form and/or value of the Gifts at any time, if deemed appropriate or necessary for the smooth operation of the Activity. In the event of the occurence of force majeure, security reasons or other circumstances beyond SNAPPI's direct and absolute control, SNAPPI may and is entitled to NOT offer the Gifts, in which case SNAPPI shall be released from any liability and shall not be obliged to offer alternative gifts of any form and value. SNAPPI is not responsible for any problems in redeeming the discount codes or for any other cause and shall not be liable or assume any obligation to the entrants and/or winners.  
8. Participation in the Activity is solely for personal use of the Gifts, which will be non-transferable. Participating persons state and guarantee that they will not sell or offer for sale or dispose of the Gift for commercial or promotional purposes.
9. Each of the persons acknowledges and accepts that SNAPPI does not provide any guarantee in relation to the quality and properties of the Gifts and bears no responsibility or obligation to replace them or to deliver the final goods or services in which the Discount Codes will be used to the Customer. For any issue that may arise in relation to them (including but not limited to actual or legal defects), each recipient will refer solely to the supplier of the final goods or services for which the Discount Codes will be used. Accordingly, SNAPPI shall not be liable in the event that the supplier of the final goods or services in which the Discount Codes will be used refuses to deliver the goods or provide the corresponding services.  
10. Each Gift is likely to be governed by particular terms and conditions depending on the supplier thereof. Therefore, in order to redeem the Gift (discount code), the respective Gift recipient must comply with the conditions and restrictions of the supplier.  

C. DURATION - STAGES OF THE ACTIVITY

1. The submission of entries will be accepted between 04/04/2025 and 15/05/2025 [23.59 hrs] via the SNAPPI website https://www.snappibank.com/. Any entry submitted outside this specified period will be considered invalid and will not be taken into consideration. 
2. SNAPPI reserves the right to limit or extend the duration of the Activity, by amending these terms and conditions, with immediate effect. Such amendment shall be effective as of its publication on the website https://www.snappibank.com/.  
3. SNAPPI will send instructions for the registration of the Participant as a new customer, at a time it will determine, even after the expiry of the Activity period. SNAPPI is not committed regarding the exact point in time at which the acquisition of the Snappi application will become available, nor as to the date on which the Digital Onboarding process will be available.   
4. SNAPPI is entitled to extend the duration of the Activity or to cancel the Activity. In this case, it will notify the participants either by means of an announcement which it will communicate through its website or by any other appropriate means.   
5. SNAPPI is entitled at any time during the Activity to ask any participating person to confirm their identity and/or the validity of their participation. In case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, SNAPPI may cancel the participation without further notice. 
6. In any case, any participation, at any stage - even at the stage when a participating person has already completed Digital Onboarding - may be cancelled for the following reasons:  

In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions in their entirety, all of which shall be deemed to be substantial.

In the event of false or inaccurate information being submitted when completing the entry form or during the Digital Onboarding stage.

If for any reason it is not possible to contact the participant in time.

In the event of failure to confirm the identity and age of the participant as set out above.

D. DELIVERY OF THE GIFTS – RESTRICTION OF SNAPPI'S LIABILITY 

1. For the exact way of redemption of the Gifts, the participants will be informed accordingly at the e-mail address they have indicated when filling in the form for participation in the Activity or through contact by SNAPPI representatives.
2. The suppliers of goods and services on which the Discount Codes can be redeemed may set time limits as to the period within which the Discount Codes can be used. In the event that Discount Codes are not redeemed in time, they shall be automatically cancelled. SNAPPI is not responsible for any delay or inability to use the Gifts.  
3. SNAPPI is not responsible for the timely or successful delivery of the products or the proper performance of the services, for the purchase of which the Discount Codes were used.  
4. SNAPPI has no obligation to control or be responsible for any commercial or technical restrictions that third-party providers may impose when redeeming Gifts (e.g. purchase limits, minimum order value, restrictions on combined offers). 
5. SNAPPI is not responsible for any additional charges, fees, costs of transportation, delivery or use of the Gifts (e.g., shipping costs, third party payment costs, taxes, deductions or fees imposed by the applicable business or provider to which the Gift is redeemed). 
6. SNAPPI does not provide any warranty or responsibility for the availability, security or performance of the external websites, apps or platforms through which the Gifts are redeemed (e.g., app stores, public vendor websites), nor for their content or policies.

Ε. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA 

1. This section contains information about the collection of your personal data and their processing for the purposes of conducting the Activity. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy https://www.snappibank.com/el/politiki-aporritoy/,  which is posted on our website, and which applies in addition to these terms. 
2. Recipients of your data will be only SNAPPI's authorized partners, who assist in the implementation of the Activity (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.). Each business where the Discount Codes will be redeemed has its own privacy policy, which will govern the processing of your personal data in the context of redeeming the Discount Codes and/or browsing the respective websites of the businesses where the Discount Codes can be redeemed. The processing of your personal data by SNAPPI will be carried out exclusively for the purpose of the execution and implementation of the Activity. The personal data of participating persons will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. SNAPPI takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as defined in applicable legislation, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for participating persons personal data. 
3. SNAPPI processes the data you have provided when submitting the Activity participation form, for the purposes of 1. organizing and completing the Activity and 2. informing and communicating with you in the context of the Activity (Legal basis for processing: contract performance). 
4. The personal data of the participants will be kept as follows: (a) in case the participants gain access to the SNAPPI application and successfully complete their registration as customers of SNAPPI, their data will be kept based on the Privacy Policy which they will have accepted by completing the Digital Onboarding, (b) in case the participants do not successfully complete their registration as customers then their data will be deleted in (12) months from the date on which the SNAPPI application could be downloaded and the Digital Onboarding option was available to them, (c) in case you have agreed to receiving the newsletter on behalf of SNAPPI we will keep your data until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe).
5. SNAPPI is responsible for processing the personal data of the participants and processes only data related to the information you have provided to SNAPPI through the Activity participation form. In the context of redeeming the Discount Codes and/or browsing the online stores and websites of the businesses where the Discount Codes can be redeemed, the data controllers are these businesses.  
6. Each participating person has the right of access, information, correction, objection to further processing of their personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) and the right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority (the Data Protection Authority): Kifissias 1-3, P.C. 115 23, Athens, Greece, telephone: +30 210 6475600, e-mail: contact@dpa.gr ). To exercise his/her rights, each participating person may contact SNAPPI, at the contact details dpo@snappibank.com.
7. If you agree to each of these, SNAPPI will send you news and updates, even if you do not complete Digital Onboarding. In this case, the processing of your personal data will be based on your consent. At any time, you may freely withdraw consent to processing for any of these purposes. If you choose to receive SNAPPI news and updates, we will keep the data you have provided to us through the Activity participation form for the purpose of sending SNAPPI news and updates, until your consent is withdrawn. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, and SNAPPI will again be the Data Controller. To withdraw your consent, you can contact SNAPPI by sending an email to dpo@snappibank.com.

F. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SNAPPI reserves the right to unilaterally amend the present terms, shorten or extend the duration of the Activity, or revoke it by prior announcement through any appropriate means. Furthermore, SNAPPI may replace the Gifts with others of equal value at its discretion and, in general, modify any term of the Activity by announcing such modifications on its website, https://www.snappibank.com/. SNAPPI shall bear no liability for any postponement or cancellation of part or all of the Promotion.
2. Participants acknowledge and accept that communication with SNAPPI for the purposes of the Activity may be conducted via electronic means (e-mail, SMS) and that they are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the contact details they provide.
3. If any participant wishes to withdraw from the Activity, they may send an email to info@snappibank.com with the subject line "Request for Withdrawal from the YOUTHLIST Activity." In such a case, their participation will be cancelled, and their personal data will be deleted.
4. SNAPPI shall bear no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete registration details provided by participants or in cases where a participant does not meet the eligibility requirements to enroll in the SNAPPI application in order to become a SNAPPI customer, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Digital Onboarding.
5. SNAPPI shall not be held liable in any way for (i) network disruptions, hardware, or software malfunctions of the participant or any operational issues of the SNAPPI application, of any nature, that may result in a limited, delayed, or lost registration of participation, or any other problem or damage arising therefrom.
6. SNAPPI reserves the right to exclude at any time any participant who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information.
7. The terms of the Activity, as amended from time to time, shall be governed by Greek Law. Any disputes arising concerning the interpretation or application of the aforementioned terms shall fall under the concurrent jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens (Central Jurisdiction) along with any other courts that may be competent under applicable law.
